External Paints:
Two coats of Weather Resistant Paints of reputed brands over on one coat of primer.
Main Doors:
Teak Wood door frame with threshold, solid teak shutter (partially carved) paneling with melamine polish on both sides. Brass/SS hardware with eye piece, night latch & safety chain.
Internal Doors:
Teak wood frame and both sides veneered flush doors/ both sides textured skin hot pressed doors. Powder coated aluminum frames and plain float glass panels.
Windows:
Sliding/ casement windows with powder coated aluminum frame and plain float glass panel. Mosquito Nets for Windows, Balconies. Granite Topping for all Window Sills& balcony tops, Internal corridors (where appropriate).
Grills for windows:
